Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning, July 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Williston. Father Greg Luger will officiate.

An Evening Vigil with Rosary will be held Sunday evening, July 7 at 5:00 PM at the Everson Coughlin Funeral Home Chapel in Williston.


Friends may call at Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM and for the hour preceding the service at the church on Monday.


Interment in the Steen Family Cemetery, east of Williston will follow the funeral mass.

Bonny A. Marmon, 67, passed away on Sunday evening, June 30, 2019.

Bonny Ann (Steen) Marmon,was born on October 29, 1951 in Williston, North Dakota, to the late Ruth Steen and the late Dean Steen.

Bonny was a mother, grandma, sister, daughter, and friend to all in the care giver industry. She loved to take care of anyone that needed help. Anyone was welcome in her home at any time day or night with a warm meal waiting for them. She had a best friend Peggy Shaw with whom she grew up with, and raised children with. She raised her children and bonus children along with a few grandchildren. Later in life she was the care giver for her mother, the late Ruth Steen. She loved to sing, dance, and comfort anyone that walked through her door. Her grandchildren will cherish all the stories she would tell them, even the scary ones. She was also a bonus mom to so many that needed her. Her warm embrace was always waiting for the next person to walk through the door. She was loved and loved so deeply.

Bonny had a passion for gardening, crocheting, reading, watching movies, gaming, puzzles, taking care of people, cooking, and fishing, the color purple, Elvis and unicorns. She was a member of World of War Craft she was a Rogue, named "Themy". She loved playing this game with her sons and grandchildren. She also loved to play her bubble pop games on her IPad. She loved to mountain climb at devils tower with her family and friends.

Bonny was preceded in death by her brothers, Dean Jr., Dean Anthony, and Baby Boy; grandmothers, Lillie Walters and Ida Steen; grandfathers, John Black and George Steen; grandchildren, Riley Rehberg and Baby; great-grandchild, and dog, Munchie. She was also preceded in death by many beloved friends and family members.

She is survived by her sons, David & Solena Marmon and Jody & Autumn Marmon; daughters, Shanon, Sherry & Larry Kelter, Sharla Marmon, Sharlet & Marc Mohr, Kari Marmon & Shane Jones, and Eryn Marmon & Jeremy Lutes; grandchildren, Johnanthan, Tevon, Shelby, Samantha, Christian, Vincent, Michael, Kristin, Tyler, Nick, and Jacob, Austin, Mason, Ananbelle, Katie, Karlie, Joey, Teegan, Gabrial, Samuel and 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Lee, David, Larry, and Duane; sisters, Deanette, Bev, Linda, Marvelle, Barbara, and Lorraine. She also leaves behind her adored dog, Kratos.
