Marcus, Trish, and to all of the wonderful members of the Lee family, I was completely shocked when I just saw that this beautiful lady had passed away. Losing your mother - at any age - is very painful. You will never stop missing her but will find peace knowing she is in a better place - with Raymond at her side, of course. May your holidays this year be filled with laughter as you remember all the wonderful memories your mom created for your family. She would want it that way. May God bless all of you and grant you peace.

Your mother was always so gracious and caring. A lovely woman whose calm presence was so apparent when she was raising 5 active children or , in later years, making sure Raymond stayed connected with the people he loved to see. My sympathy as you mourn the loss of one so dear.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Darlene was such a grand lady. We treasure all the conversations we had with her and Raymond at First Lutheran. We sat behind them at church for many years. They were truly a wonderful couple. Blessings. Walter and Beth Darr

To the Lee Family, our thoughts and prayers to you all on the loss of Darlene, such a classy lady. Remembering when Darlene would drive Raymond out to the farm in the fall to check on harvest progress and bringing us ONE cold beer for our efforts, looked forward to seeing them show up. Our sympathies to all.

Darlene was beautiful inside and out. I will treasure the wonderful memories I have of her. Our family always heard stories about the great treats my dad had at the Lee household along with great conversation. I got the pleasure of chatting with her many times later in life too. She was always friendly and kind. We always had a fun story to share about the pranks or jokes between my dad and yours. Thanks for sharing them both with us. Just know the Lynch's will always hold both your parents in our hearts and we will be praying for you all!

Dear Lee Family -

I'm sorry to hear of the anguish you must be going through. Your Mom sure raised some good kids, some of whom I am privileged to know a bit.

May your grief be short and your memories long.

Darlene made sure you never left her hospitable home without something to eat and a good cup of coffee! She was a true lady in every sense of the word, a great example to all around her. My prayers continue for this great family.

Darlene was about as sweet of lady as they come. I was fortunate to have spent much of my childhood and adolescence fishing and hanging out on the Little Muddy below her and Raymond's house. Daniel and I would frequently take breaks and make the hike to their house. We would be greeted with hot chocolate, oreos, and a big smile from both Darlene and Raymond. These were some of the best days of my life. My condolences go out to all in the Lee family.
